From further inspection of the imgur you posted in your last report and current report. Your last report shows the time of 20:05, this report shows a time of 20:19 which is around 14 minutes from each other. Taking in consideration of the time the report was made and the time it took for us to respond these two incidents happened right after another before we were able to contact Garo about his spiking.
We also had a staff member that was in the room for quite a bit of time and has told us that Garo was not in the room at all during the time you made this report.
Thus no action will be taken in regards to the spike.

As for the flame/provoke, I recommend you use /ignore as Tony stated in the screenshots.
Your response with "I need my daily dose of reports" makes me believe you are creating problems out of minor things and will not be tolerated if you create false reports.
