It does look like you're harassing/stalking him by the replay you've provided, just letting you know that if you follow him to every room he goes just so you can kill him - you can receive a punishment for doing that.

Anyways, killing in a training room is not against the rules and they could re-make with the GOD roomtag if they didn't want people to kill them. I've checked the logs and it is his first offence which is why I'm giving him a verbal warning.

It could also be handled in-game when I replied to your whisper so you don't have to report every little thing.
