To be fair, with that PC which is probably 10 years old, I wonder how you even get up to 100 stable FPS.
Consider upgrading.

Considering how GunZ is a 15+ year old game and people already had high stable FPS back in those days, I don't think your argumentation is valid. Not to ignore the poster said he had stable 250 FPS before, which makes your post completely trivial.

I play gta 5 , cs go ,valorant at 60fps on it..
So probly gunz shud run fine i think xd(

Yeah, you don't need to upgrade for GunZ. It sounds like a software issue, so try what Amers said.
