Mass kicking: Each one of them kicked you once, that's not mass-kicking.
Flaming: All I could see is one insult in the last screenshot but nothing in the replay, too minor for a punishment.
Spiking: Dunno if you watched your own replay but he wasn't spiking at all and then he was AE for like 15 seconds and left the room.
Also, their IGN's are ^6N^9 and ^Es^6am_eya^El , it's the second time you don't include the full IGN, our protocol says:
