[Help - Account] Hours played/kills not recorded yesterday and lost my activity points streak

Lost 17 activity points today when I know for a fact that I’ve played more than 3 hours.
Even after seeing the 3 hours playtime message I clicked on my dashboard and it still said “playtime 0.0” when I was for sure playing more than 3 hours yesterday. I also had over 100 kills.
