Fix kodachis

bruh was it that simple? the glad community been lowkey saying kodachis are stupid broken on this server for years

Yeah. A developer changed something regarding kodachis block speed in the code a few years back (increased the animation playback speed for that exact animation). I didn't know why that was done, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the developer logs nor code, just done silently there, so it was pretty much impossible to come by unless explicitly looking at all areas in the code.
