Hello im trying to put a banner on my acccount for the clan banner everytime i try to do it it says please check the fields i see all fields are good but never works i want this pictuer to be in the banner can anyone help me ??

I don't know if banner resolution rules must be at least 1900x550 but your banner is definitely not even close in that range, your image is 728x546

Can you please take a screenshot when you try to add the banner and you get the error?

yeah it has to be the exact size.
