Quite good but not something i'd use in-game.
Be more imaginative, use bits and bobs from programs that people watch like anime's etc which'll make em want to wear it.
Y'kno, be creative and make it appealing towards the community.

The Grey Dust coat is your best try I've seen of yours.
You really lower your GFX skill down, you can do better so show us better.
