the 10 ping is very pro the 200 ping is noob

Nope, ping effect is the same way around.
So example, you are 150 ping to me, I also see you as 150 ping.
We have pro internet, but what about distance. Ping = m/s

So you both have to lead, when one doesn't know how to lead like the EU peepz, they fail cause they surely focus on aiming.
Knowing "lead shot" makes it out of the blue.

In the other hand, 300 ping for me is a lagger, like downloading something while playing or poor pc connection.
Spiking is the worst because it's like out of time and space. Usually seen from wireless users,
it like a quick NAT, where you see him hanging, but in his own screen he is advanced, therefore you gotta lead more.
In my experience, spikers are hard to kill.. You really have to lead much with your own instict.

Wthhh your on drugs o_O how is a high ping noob? Its called distance, and yes any ping is leadable no matter what so learn it its a valuable skill.

Ping goes both ways, I'm 200, you're 200 or I'm 10, you're 10, simple as that.
There is no such thing as constant ping where one person is 10 to everyone, it's all based on distance:
-more farther they live, the higher the ping
-more closer, the lesser the ping

Example: North American vs. North American = about 10 to 50 ping
Europe vs. Europe = same case-10 to 50s
(sometimes 60s for same country cases, like CA vs Southest state of US)
Your country vs. another country=70+
Super far countries like Austrailia or Phillipines(or Asia in general) usually are 200 ranges
