Did you try the regular download?

I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

Dave, problems... i can start the launcher, and it says Starting Game, but after the launcher closes, nothing happens o.o

2) Added gunzlauncher.exe & svchost.exe to your anti-virus & firewall?

Turn off windows firewall, turn off antivirus, run as admin, Try running svchost.exe before the launcher.
Make a new folder.
Copy your launcher into the folder. Run the launcher in the new folder. Wait for it to patch, turn off antivirus, run it.
Depends you got XP or Vista?
