Sorry didnt know where to put this.
But i think you should have a trash section like most forums do. Like say someone donated and they made a thread about it, you added the items, and lock the thread. Well now its just sitting there, taking up space. You could move it to the trash section, and leave it unlocked, and it if is necessary, people can post that they would like to revive it or etc.
Thoughts?
