I really wouldn't do any of those. I would just ignore them and play, have fun and enjoy the game.

Kill them and taunt back(: I think taunt is just something friendly made in the game, and some people take it way more serious then it really is. Besides, a little ego is never to bad as it keeps the game competitive.
