Hey guys.
I'm going to make some tutorials about photoshop. This tutorial will explain you how to make your own 3d text very easy. So let's get started.
To start off create a new file. I used these settings:
But ofcourse you can use your own size/settings.
After creating a new file, grab the Gradient tool by pressing G(or rightclick on the bucket and choose Gradiant Tool) and fill the background how you like. This was my result:
Now write your text by pressing T(or click the T in the menu) and click on the background to start typing. After you wrote your text, right click on the text layer and choose Convert To Shape.
After that we click on Edit (upper left corner) and we choose Transform Path > Perspective.
Now click and hold on the point in the bottom left corner and drag it up a little bit.
After that, you press CRTL+J or right click the text layer again and choose Duplicate Layer.
Move it to the right by holding CRTL and use the arrow keys to move it.
Now you are going to change the Opacity and Fill percentage to 50 or play around with the percentage.
And your done.
Outcome should look something like this:
