well i can login pick a character and when i try to join i game i get the error "failed to get the correct heartbeat" something like that i tryed to reinstall the game but it still doesnt work.

Turn your Anti-Virus off, see if that helps.

well i already added it to my anti virus but i got the error when i changed my config and added a custom xhair

We don't got the fix for this yet but I can only suggest you to turn off your anti-virus / firewall for a while.

Oh also try reinstalling.

Invalid heartbeat means some files do not have the correct md5 hash (wrong file size, edited files, etc.) which was probaly caused by the files you edited.
So Superwaffle is right, try to reinstall the client without editing any important files (changing the crosshair or config.xml doesn't have to do with the heartbeat so you can edit those)

yea reinstallated it. I gave the GunzLauncher.exe a other name maybe that?
but it got fixed when i reinstalled it and i only changed my config.xml lol
