Turtle is a whole lot different than flip/insta. A whole lot.
For starters, turtle is completely useless against a good player who has a strong phase. Flipping is an unblockable attack and every slash brought upon the person in the air is unbloackable as well until they hit the ground.
So let's compare. Turtle... can be made completely useless. Flips/Instas... unblockable and capable of several free cheap hits with no defence against it.
