try using gunz.exe instead of launcher even though you're not able to update you can play while someone has a solution for this.

You mean GunzLauncher.exe?
I have the same problem.
Try running it over and over, it should work after a few times of connection.
If I reinstall then I also have to reinstall the "Updated GunzLauncher" from the thread Xemigin made?
Or do I only have to download the client?
I tried to re-install, run it over and over some times, restarted the computer. But every time I click connect it still crash.

Well actually. its my gunz that crashes. not Regn's but nvm.
I tried to do all of your things, but whenever i click "connect" at the login screen, the screen turns black and the game crashes. i downloaded the game and launcher like 10 times each.
I did every thing i can think about.
