Tuneup utilities is the best program into tweaking ur pc IMHO.
anyways, have you tried port forwarding and checked weither you have the latest updates etc?

If you can't see the servers in game then it means your firewall is blocking gunz.exe.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
