Whenever I enter a clan war I 999 just about every time. This has happened on EVERY server even ijji. It also happened to my friends that live in the same city. Any idea what could cause this?

I've portforwarded I can do everything BUT clan war
It's AE. try to switch to one internet and then switch back to the original one.
