lol, ok.

go to http://fgunz.net, then sign in, then click on "my characters" tab, then scroll down, then at the bottom, you will see "Reset Character Kill / Death". Scroll through to the character you want to level reset and then click "Submit"

click the Thanks button.

i get it lol. you did a level reset instead of a kill/death reset. you made a mistake, well as john said, its your account, so its your responsibility
