In the video i hit him few times, the first slash took away only 1 AP, the massive took away 2 HP and some AP like lighting but i didnt have the element...

He wasn't hacking.
The first round of a replay , the opponent starts at 100hp/100ap even if they are 150hp/130ap.
Thus meaning that if you slash them and they are full their hp won't appear to move in the replay.It will still say 100/100 when he is actually probably 140/120ap now.
