Those Maps are what the most starters come up with.
Saying that i wouldnt give a yes to you considering that your quite new to Mapping and lack Skills and Expirience.
Map for yourself and Improve your Maps till they look unique and are actualy playable for both types of players, Good Players and Newbies/Sprayers.
Therefor you need some Obstacles on your Map to cover yourself from Enemy Shots.
A Skill you lack the most is Lightmapping.
Keep on making Maps and gain Expirience and Apply again once you have some decent Results/Maps.
