Right, well basically when I go in game I get epic screen lag sometimes
but to the extent where if I walk forward and jump I'll Literally fly.

Sometimes it wont be that bad but it will affect me playing either way.

The weird thing is though, when I restart my computer this problem doesn't happen and I can play normally.
but after closing and using Google Chrome, Photoshop or Windows Media Player I get the screen lag again.

    Any ideas?

All settings to low. Screen resolution 640x4something. If it's still bad use an archetype configuration

Has nothing to do with the settings, tried all settings doesn't work.

Try to use Archetype. It should reduce your screenlag.

Try Gamebooster, or my personal favorite, TuneUp Utilities with an option called Turbo Boost

It's not recommended, but try to clean up your pc and stuff
Delete unwanted sht on your pc so it can run better (:
