I've just proven that those things are terrible.
DONOR SG = DOES 1/3 AS MUCH DMG AS 95 HOTSHOT.
DONOR ROCKET = DOES 1/7 AS MUCH DMG AS 95 HOTSHOT.

I didn't really think I had to explain this.

I said they were listed in order, and I thought people would realize, order goes 1-10, not 10-1.

Rockets have a different use then a hotshot, it is also a burst weapon so it allows you to move freely. Shotgun same deal, it allows you to move freely. I don't think this makes up for the huge difference in damage, but hotshot 95 definitely isn't the best weapon around.
