Check your firewall settings, and see if FGunZ is on the exception list, and try running the game again.
If it doesn't work, try re-installing and reply here again if something wrong occurs

My firewall is controlled by Norton... How do I put Fgunz on an exception list? I don't know where that is. I have Windows 7.

First of all, Norton is a really bad security system to begin with due to false positives, and the fact it installs a rootkit on your computer.

Try just disabling the firewall first and trying to access Gunz.
