Ok I Googled the specifications and they are both a fail.
But if I had to choose I would of chosen the HP Compaq Presario C700.

It all depends on the hardware that's in the laptop, the airflow, the heatsinks and how the owner of the laptop is taking care of the laptop. (Removing the dust, etc.)
