The model is pretty decent, I mostly see quads and it looks quite clean. You invest poly's in the wrong places, the model is to high poly for GunZ if you wanted it for that. Try not to invest poly's to much in things you barely see (like a grip in the front). Give your cylinders 8 or 6 sides if its for GunZ, for other stuff make it 12 or 18 if it can be important, for rendering use 30-50. Your edge flow also looks quite well, doing not bad there.
