This isn't really proof since there are hacks that med the last attacker.

Did not see anyone else being spawned with meds , and he took a long time to respawn , while he was probably alt tabbed. The persons he shot first when the medhack activated did not spawn meds on other people , so it wasn't the last attacker hack.
