use Fraps to record and then upload it on youtube
nope it make me lagg and fraps is not good sometimes its good.

You record with gunz first F11 Then you record, the recording of gunz with frap's and Then edit it.

Play the record in GunZ then record it with a screen capture program such as Fraps, Hypercam, Gamecam, etc.
