They have visited this world many times as a vacation and/or business trips but they do not want us to be evolving with them because we are on a different lesser level of knowledge of everything and well we have to evolve a little more for them to involve us with them. They are to much to handle for us now.

In 2003 the ESAsonde Mars Express found water on mars in the form of vapour and ice so that`s a fact. Also they found ice IN the south pole cap from Mars. However they dont have proof that there are living creatures on Mars.
