Whenever i play like 10 or 15 minutes everyone starts to be 999 ping and then i lag then i disconnect back to the log in page ... Everytime i play 10 or 15 minutes

NAT, Network Address Translation.
Its a Method to establish a Connection for incompatible addressing.
Nothing you can "Turn Off or On".
Ports not open -> ends often in a NAT.

To me it sounds more like his Router Refreshes the DNS Server/Address.
Check your Router Settings for DNS Proxy/DNS Refreshing.
