i didn't sharpen it at all, it's a filter, i wanted it to look out of focus-ish except for masqurin, i guess i overdid it though

Lot better. I see you used underpainting am I right? Thats a good kind of filter for a sig, though its still a bit overtaking.
try to make it a bit less.
