Found out by going through chat logs (page 24 : Motorola has posted the topic Resigning as a gm), then asked him why.

Comon sparta, he's the only gm who's friends with everyone on the server.
There is not one person who dislikes him.

He's only active like he said he is, he can't do nothing else with his ip currently, which does not make him a "great gm" and he knows that, that's why he said it him self it is true. There is no point in being a GM if you can't do anything, what can he do now?

If he is told by a member in game, what can he do? Nothing. Just like an ordinary player he has to report it to another staff who can access the cp and do it, which isn't the point in being a GM, is it. Point is your active for one, which he is currently, and you, your self handle the problem with the player, in game, get it fixed there and then.
