You lack skills, can't get a gunz server running (not really needed anyway if you want to be a developer..?), I think we don't even need developers anymore. There is nothing left to develop other then maps I think.

Also to fix the problem that makes gunz crash if you log in:
disable microsoft security essentials.
Check ur firewall and other anti-virus too.
