Laggy spawn/medding.

Since Sunday I've been experiencing a huge delay while re-spawning and medding, it seems I'm the only one effected. Halp?

I haven't had any problems until now, and I've shut all my programs down, and I know it isn't my internet. Trying to re-download the client and re-install. :/
