No bumb inwalls lol, the sight is lower yes.
But if you make a big cirlce with a small dot in the middle it should be okay to play lol.

Well open Photoshop (or other program, no MSpaint) > (I use Paint.net).
Grab a size like 100x100, 200x200 or etc.
Just draw a circle and a dot or a dot only, add text or etc.
Save as .png (name crosshair)
Make an aimed version of it save as .png (name crosshair_pick)

And test (put in CUSTOM map).
