    Hmm, if you think it's from your local area, try this.
    Try opening cmd as administrator and typing ''net view.'' This should show you who is using your network (basically the people around you.) Try pinging them all to see they're ip's. If you see any repetitive ip's, just add them to your firewalls. If you look at this out of logic and perspective, you're probably not getting ddosed, more likely a progam/virus. Uninstall everything you had installed to the point were the ''viruses'' stop. GL.

    open up cmd.exe write '' netstat -a '' not sure and check if theres a someone else's IP connecting to yours.

    Turn off your modem/router for 1-2 days. Change your MAC Address.
