I have, like 5 times. And I've turned off firewall, and anti-virus. Put everything in the exception list and stuff..

Edit: Also, I've downloaded other servers before, and this problem has happened to me too. I only played this server cause the problem doesn't happen here for me. Now, it does happen, and it's very strange.
