Why can't i click on my shader to see the troll set and etc..

Its a graphic card related "problem", not the entire pc.
Your graphic card doesnt fully support the vertex/pixel shader version gunz runs on and therefore disables it.
As gunz is a older game, getting a new graphic card just for gunz isnt recommendet at all.
You can try your luck by updating your graphic card driver to the latest version.
Other than that, nothing else you could do about it.
