What's New:
- Fixed no-lead occurring between unconnected users
- Added 2 new room tags: shotgun only [SGO], sniper only [SNO]
- Improved clarity in /mods command
- Improved killstreak messages
- Fixed sniper scope staying after a round ends if the target player didn't unscope
- Fixed authentication failed (hopefully)
