Based on the replay in town, he looks quite fine.
His movements were a bit slow in High Haven tho.

Since V7 everyone is moving slower imo. I've recorded a replay of me playing in random maps and in the replay I see that I sometimes myself spike/float randomly
But his like that all the time. it isnt randomly
