These are the type of people that cannot be banned. No matter how hard the Staff try, IP ban etc. They always find a way to avoid it ><'

But the thing is, from what you've said I'm not too sure if he has been banned before or not, but what I be sure of is that the screenshot you have provided only lets the Staff know his name, but really he isn't hacking in that shot.

So lets just wait and see what a GM would do.
