I'm using Sony Vegas Platinum 9.0 and today I tried to record something on FGunZ with Fraps. I tried to make the record HD with Sony Vegas but it actually turned in to so fcked up quality. Anyone knows any tips?
Thanks in advance.

Export it to a ".mov" extension, also knows as quicktime.
Keep all the settings high and you shouldn't lose any quality. You'll now get a very large file depending on the duration. Now get quicktimepro (simply fill in a key, google / youtube it.) and go to file --> export in quicktime.
Now go settings and set it to "h264". Then I always put the quality to 92.
My files turn from 6g to 15mb
Don't. Bad... VERY bad. I'll get you a basic guide to this stuff.
If you have any problems message me. I'm a wizard with this stuff xP
Besides from the black border and the low quality screenshots I used, what is wrong with this quality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdjZIlTIMkQ ?
