With this option it will take meds out of your scrolling selection as it self explanatory.
If you play with default config and have meds they get in your way.

Nothing wrong with the way it is, it's been like this for how many...7 years?
It's not that hard to play with scroll with meds, just gotta get creative man, don't let a config be a crutch!
