2. No 10 seconds video, video must be a decent amount of time.

3. Take multiple video recordings if possible. Sometimes other videos display different results, especially if the person is decent at hiding it.

4. And of course, be sure to include the users name in the report.

Wizzle sometimes it seems he dash weird and its not because of lagg :/

In all the other replays in the past that were posted by Sparks and Wayne and other players, I can definitely say that he was moving slow as **** and it looked like underclocking. But in this one, I see no problem at all, all he is doing is walking and shooting. And the one time that he K-style's for 2 seconds, his movement is perfectly fine. He is just fail rs spamming, that's all.
