NAT Connection Problem :/

Lately i get these Nat errors alot. then i have 150+ ping with the person i got the error on.. i dont have an idea what to do,it gets fixed sometimes when i see the person again but its annoying this way.. can anyone gimme a solution please,thx..

Its happening to everyone even NAGI!!!!!!!! 2 things i can think of
1. wait it out till they fix it.
