And every time a GM is online there busy with other things... but in a way i do agree it doesent take less than 10 seconds to make a quick Notice to help get duel tournament more active... iv been ranked 6th and class 1 in duel tournament and it is good fun... but also the N-Steppers also ruin this at the same time.
So i agree slightly but disagree strongly with your post. (but this is just my opinion so please dont take it bad)
