Cloud flare error can't access the website

For about 1-2 weeks now I can't acess some parts of the FreestylersWorld.
It's getting annoying because I'm speaking in chat and then it wont connect at all, nothing refreshes and nothing i type will post in the chatbox as well as not being able to see some threads.
It's something like this

O_O this might be the doing of the sun strongest summer solar flare yet.
it messed up gps systems cell phones basically most electronics.
idk just saying.
