Something is wrong if that's the case.

Accidentally purchased items should be entitled to refunds.

Nothing can be done about this, best advise I can give you is to pay more attention to what you select.

I don't believe this was bought on mistake, as it's not just 1-click to get the item.

First you have to choose the item, then you have to click it go see the exact description (with pictures), then you have to click on 'Buy it'. You will then be redirected to a new page where you have to choose the item duration (and see the points it costs), which clearly says the name of the weapon, and then you have to confirm it by clicking 'Buy' again.

The item will not be exchanged just because you're unhappy with it, you should have rented and tested it for a shorter time.
