Please help in game Options wont work!

Hello!

My name is Kall,
and if i want to change my options like Sword on Q,
if i klick on that left mouse button will apear... i cant set other keybinds to it!
i tryed to reinstall the game and stuff, i tryed a other mouse but it still wont work!

please help me!
