launch error

when i launch it said "fail to initalize directx" but i already did the faq that said to delete the config xml file. I also put exception for the launcher, turn off anti virus and installed the correct vcredist that i needed. But it still said fail to initalize directx.

I searched it. I have the latest and when i click display adapters it doesn't show "Graphics Card Driver" it show Intel
